NB Southern Railway 2318

NB Southern 2318 is a GP38-2. It came from the Sydney Coal Railway (SCR), formerly Devco, together with 2317 and 2319. It used to be Devco #216 and retained its Devco colours until late June 2006, when it was painted to match the other 980x units.
