NB Southern Railway 3700

NB Southern 3700 is a high-hood GP9. It came from the QNS&L (#133) via Merrillees. NB Southern used its two GP9s 3700 and NBSR 3701 as extra power in the middle of consists.

NBSR 3700 was laid up since late 2004 with some engine shaft damage. Its last run was November 13, 2004. The engine from 3700 was put into NBSR 9803 in September 2006. The hulk of 3700 was still in the yard in 2011. It was moved to the wye and later scrapped.
