This is the CN car control manual for Campbellton, New Brunswick and the CN Mont Joli, Cascapedia and Chandler subdivisions in Quebec and New Brunswick. It was revised in April 1992.

This manual includes the usual car control manual instructions at the beginning – introduction, purposes, how car control works, general procedures – then moves to track diagrams for each station on the subdivisions covered in the manual.
The manual is divided into 4 zones:
- Zone CC Campbellton yard
- Zone CD Mont Joli (East) – Padoue, Quebec east to Tide Head, NB
- Zone CF Cascapedia – Cross Point, Quebec to New Carlisle, Quebec
- Zone CG Chandler – St. Godfroi, Quebec to Gaspe, Quebec
