Most of my railfanning these days is done while I’m en route to something else.

I didn’t mean to see trains. Sure, I admit I keep a watchful eye out for them, but I was just running errands. Honest.

Many railfans are also railway modelers – and vice versa. I’d say the overlap is probably 90% between the two groups.
