This is the CN / Terra Transport employee timetable effective November 29, 1987.
Terra Transport was the subsidiary of CN formed in 1979 to manage the railway on Newfoundland. The agreement to wind up railway operations on Newfoundland was signed shortly after this timetable was issued.
By this time, the railway essentially ran from Port aux Basques to St. John’s as a single line, with two subdivisions to Stephenville and Carbonear.
All trains were run as extras.
